I don't know but this song seems to have been tattooed on my mind. Come November of every year I feel senti everytime I hear this song or any Christmas jingle for that matter. I couldn't explain the gloom. Perhaps, the Seattle-like atmosphere up here in Baguio creates it. *sigh*"Chestnuts roasting on an open fireJack Frost nipping at your noseYuletide carols being sung by a choirAnd folks dressed up like EskimosEverybody knows a turkey and some mistletoeHelp to make the season brightTiny tots with their eyes all aglowWill find it hard to sleep tonightThey know that Santa's on his wayHe's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his
sleighAnd every mother's child is gonna spyTo see if reindeer really know how to flySo I'm offering this simple phraseTo kids from one to ninety-twoAlthough it's been said many times, many waysMerry Christmas to youSo I'm offering this simple phraseTo kids from one to ninety-twoAlthough it's been said many times, many waysMerry Christmas, Merry ChristmasMerry Christmas to you"
I'm happy nevertheless. Various colorful Christmas trees, assorted gifts, glittery decors, shimmering lights and neverending Christmas carols plus Kimi on the side. =)
Hmmmm......Meron pa kayang mga batang mamamasko ngayon habang kumakanta ng Jingam Bells? And take note...in batches yan!
Abangan natin!
