The weather is so fickle minded. I can refinely differentiate 13 from 15 deg celsius from day to day, that is, basing it on the no. of goosebumps protruding. Talagang hilaw na taga-Baguio ako. D ko makaya ang kht d nmn kababaang temperatura. *sigh*
Goodnews is we've secured our presents already. Simple yet memorable. And mind you, di kami nakigulo sa mga Christmas rushers, 'coz hindi photofinish unlike last year. What a relief! Haay...
A few hours away & the moment we've been waiting for will be here. We shall be welcoming someone spectacular verrrry soon. Yehey, a cutie baby! It's time for a grand celebration. This is it!! *woot*woot*
I just wish everyone happiness, contentment and peace of mind. May we have an open heart to forgive those who may have offended us in any way. Let us all kiss and make up. Patience, patience.
Christmas is near at hand and yet my gifts are still out of hand. =) As I've said before, it's really difficult to find something functional...err....something within the budget I guess. 'Coz if you say functional, it could mean a cellphone, a laptop, a digicam, a videocam or a flat screen TV. Hey! They're all out of my budget. I'm financially challenged..I'm currently jobless. *boohoo*
What else could I give my loved ones? Perhaps, hugs and kisses under the mistletoe would be enough. This year, I didn't have time to think them through. I was too pre-occupied. OR I wasn't able to manage my time well. Puro tutok na lang kay Kimi..hehe
Haaay...ang hirap mag-isip! Pwede bang ako na lang ang mag-wish.
I still got a few more days to decide. Suggestions naman!
Forecast says it will be colder the next couple of days. Today is Day 1 and they're right. Agony strikes back esp for Kimi who's had (viral) cough for 5 days now. Brrrr!!! We shall be layering blankets again ala kueh lapisplus thick socks and warm sweaters ala goreng pisang with freshly brewed coffee, hot choco or milk tea on the side. Yes, I love milk tea, and so does Kimi while he was still inside my tummy. =)
Hmm..speaking of milk tea, Ive learned a week ago that Singapore's famous breakfast kaya toast, half boiled eggs and kopi are already available in Manila. Where? Toastbox @Trinoma.
...other favorites are also available like Mee Siam, Laksa and Nasi Lemak! All of them I like! I missed these dishes and the pickled chilli especially!! *sigh* I havent been there 'though, but, if Manila were only minutes away from Baguio then I could have bathed my tastebuds asap. By the mere thought of it, i'm already drooling.
Sana lang authentic ang lasa like an Uncle's timpla at the hawker center. Perhaps, I'll update as soon as I get a hold of them.
